1. What This Page Covers
ScaleX (AI Business Growth OS) is provided by Intelixa Intelligence Private Limited. This page explains how to remove data ScaleX holds about you or your business, including data associated with a third-party account (such as a Meta or Google account) you have connected to ScaleX. It applies to business owners and staff who use ScaleX directly, and to anyone who has interacted with a business through a channel ScaleX connects (for example WhatsApp).
2. Disconnecting a Meta or Google Account
If you connected WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Gmail, or Google Calendar to your ScaleX business, you can disconnect it yourself at any time from your Activation Center or Integration Hub inside ScaleX. Disconnecting immediately removes the access token ScaleX stored for that connection — ScaleX can no longer read or act on that account after disconnection.
Disconnecting inside ScaleX does not, by itself, delete anything on Meta's or Google's own servers. To fully revoke ScaleX's access from the provider's side as well:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): Facebook settings → Apps and Websites → remove ScaleX from your list of active apps.
- Google (Business Profile, Gmail, Calendar): myaccount.google.com/permissions → remove ScaleX's access.
3. Deleting Your ScaleX Account and Business Data
To request deletion of your ScaleX account and the data associated with it, email support@intelixa.app. Include the business name and the email address on your ScaleX account so we can verify the request. Categories of data this covers include:
- Your account and business profile information (Section 2 of our Privacy Policy).
- Customer contact details, conversation/message history, and bookings recorded in ScaleX.
- Stored connector credentials (access tokens) for any Meta or Google account you connected — see Section 2 above for what this does, and does not, do on Meta's/Google's own side.
We will deactivate the account and delete the associated data, retaining only what we are required to keep for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, consistent with Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
A self-service, fully automated account-deletion flow is not available yet — every deletion request today is handled by a real person on our side, not an automated script.
4. If You Are a Business's Customer, Not the Business Owner
If a business has messaged you or booked an appointment with you through ScaleX (for example over WhatsApp) and you want your information removed, contact that business directly — they control their own customer data as described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy. If you are unable to reach the business, you may also contact us at support@intelixa.app and we will relay the request.
